Priyanka Molkeri is a Human Resources and Operations professional with expertise in organizational development, people management, and strategic program execution. As a Director of Punarvaibhavam Foundation, she provides leadership in building resilient institutions, strengthening community engagement, and driving initiatives that preserve India’s cultural heritage while fostering sustainable social development.

With professional experience spanning leading multinational organizations including Infosys BPM and Accenture, Priyanka has developed a strong foundation in business operations, workforce coordination, stakeholder management, process optimization, and organizational excellence. Her corporate career has equipped her with the ability to build efficient systems, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver results in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

Her early career in Human Resources at RAK Ceramics and Emic Enterprise provided extensive exposure to talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, organizational communication, HR analytics, policy implementation, and workforce planning. These experiences strengthened her belief that people remain the most valuable asset of any institution and that effective leadership begins with empowering individuals.

Priyanka holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Gulbarga University. This multidisciplinary academic background enables her to bridge technology, business strategy, and human capital management to create scalable organizational systems.

At Punarvaibhavam Foundation, Priyanka plays a pivotal role in shaping the Foundation’s institutional growth and operational framework. She oversees governance processes, strategic planning, volunteer engagement, partnerships, and organizational development while supporting initiatives across environmental conservation, traditional knowledge systems, rural livelihoods, education, Indian arts, and community empowerment.
