Free Bamboo Saplings Distribution – Vana Vaibhavam Initiative

On 14th July 2025, under the inspiring banner of Vana Vaibhavam, the Punarvaibhavam Foundation organized a meaningful event at Yerbaug focused on ecological restoration and sustainable rural livelihoods.

The event featured the distribution of bamboo saplings, particularly the Tulda variety, to empower farmers with a sustainable income source while contributing to environmental rejuvenation.

Shri Srikanth Modi, a passionate environmentalist and bamboo expert, delivered a powerful address on the significance of bamboo in reversing climate change, enhancing rural economy, and rejuvenating degraded land. His insights on bamboo as the “green gold” of the future were deeply inspiring for the farmers and participants.

Shri Chennabasavanth Reddy, a respected voice for traditional farming, delivered a heartfelt talk on the importance of desi cows in natural farming. Emphasizing their role in restoring soil fertility, water retention, and spiritual well-being, his words deeply resonated with the audience, drawing attention to the holistic role cows play in the Indian agrarian system.

The event was attended by local farmers, dignitaries, and volunteers who are actively engaged in ecological revival and sustainable agriculture. Together, this gathering marked another step towards reviving Bharatiya prakriti samskriti (Indian nature-centric culture) through collective action.
